First of all, we improved and replaced our ‘Live Search’ function with tagging capabilities such that our servers will be less taxed when you type in a lengthy search word. For example, imagine you type in “Precision Engineering Specialist in Detroit”, that would have hit our servers more than 35 times (!!) previously, but it will only hit our server once now. Imagine how much processing power we’d have freed up to bring you results faster. Much faster.

Jobs search should be go far deeper than just job titles + location, no?

Next, you are now able to search for jobs the way search engines should be  – by relevancy. Type in whatever you desire in your career options (yes, MORE THAN job titles and location, include even keywords like “flexible hours”), and our engine will serve up to you results with just what you have in mind. (Tip: Demands are fine. Just don’t get too naughty with them.)

Yes, jobseekers can still find/apply for jobs without creating an account.
